3 p.m. – international arrival
When you arrive on Canadian soil, our team will welcome you at Pierre-Élliott Trudeau Airport. Once the group is together, head to Saint-Michel-des-Saints by minibus (duration 2h45) for a first night in the luxurious Auberge du Lac Taureau.
After a hearty Quebec-style breakfast, your guide will explain the week’s schedule and the many activities you will have the opportunity to practice during your stay. After a safety briefing, you will take possession of your motorcycle and you will explore the forest of the Lac Taureau regional park on the handlebars of your mount! The day will take place at the pace of the group and under the guidance of a professional guide.
For this second motorcycle day, you will venture deeper into this beautiful region of Haute-Matawinie. Always at the pace that suits you, your getaway will take you to magnificent beaches, observation points via winding paths of an easy to medium level of difficulty (a few technical passages) but always suitable for initiation. The walk can be done in a more sporty way depending on your skill level (and that of the group).
Because it’s hot in Quebec and to recover after two days of motorcycling or quad biking, you will have a day of pure pleasure on the waters of Lac Taureau aboard a pontoon. While some will bask in the sun, others will have fun riding jetskis. Covering an area of 95 km2 and comprising more than 45 islands, the lake will offer you multiple panoramas and your guide will make you explore the most secret corners.
Today another adventure begins! Departure in an all-terrain buggy on the trails of the region. Easy and fun, you will quickly get a taste for these little cars which will allow you to discover multiple breathtaking views or even magnificent rivers and other beaver dams. Finally, head to the Amisk Aventure shelters for a total immersion in the Quebec forest. On the evening’s program: swimming in the lake and a meal around a campfire, everything you need to be happy!
After waking up in the heart of the forest, you will resume your seat behind the wheel of your buggy for a final motorized getaway which will give you the opportunity to explore the surroundings of the Lac Taureau dam. You will spend a last night at Auberge du Lac Taureau and enjoy its outdoor spas and swimming pool!
We’ll take you back aboard our minibus to either downtown or Montreal airport whichever suits you best, so you can reunite with family and friends to share your memories of this week of adventures!
